VINES: Clarendon, Wood Vineyard. Farmed organically by Fiona Wood, owned by Ralph Wood. Grey sand on ironstone, bushvines, no irrigation since establishment, giving more concentration and stregth in the vines.
 
WINEMAKING: Destemmed, long skin maceration and pressed to barrel.
 
TASTING NOTES: Oh so pretty, rose, strawberry, arneis. Very fine but structured pallet. Think Nebbiolo.12.5%
