Carbonic macerated Arneis (45%) from Zerella in Peter's creek, Carbonic grenache (35%) from Zerella in Sellicks, chenin pressings (20%) from Lulu in Blewitt springs.

 

TASTING NOTES: Guava in colour, tropical aromatics mixed with red fruits and spice.  Some structure on the pallet from the arneis (think juicy orange wine style). yum.
